The Vojvodina Sport and Business Centre (SPENS) opened its doors to the public in Novi Sad, Serbia and all of Europe in the 1980’s. Designed by a famous Novi Sad architect, SPENS was originally built to host the European Table Tennis Championship. Over the years, SPENS has hosted a wide range of events, including an exhibition tennis match between Arancha Sanchez and Monika Seles, the European Basketball Championship, the World Table Tennis Championship and a slew of high profile business meetings.
